GARMIN 64 MB GPSMAP? (60CSX WITH BAROMETRIC ALTIMETER & COMPASS) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought my GPS about one year ago. Every time I used this GPS without any external power supply the batteries gave up after about 3 hours. The batteries I use are Energizer rechargeable NiMH, NH15, 1.2V, 2300mAh. So you cannot keep track of a hiking trip of more than 3 hours. I think that this is pretty limiting for a device in this price category.
I like all the other, very useful functions.
Besides I also have problems connecting to the PC with the USB. The device does not show up as a device despite having installed the latest USB drivers from Garmin!

Garmin eTrex Carrying Case Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The Garmin Carry Case is a nice addition to the eTrex GPS.The case is well made and covers most of the unit with its protective material. The buttons on both sides of the GPS are exposed and easy to access and the click stick is also exposed and easy to access (contrary to another reviewer's comments). There is a belt clip and metal loop on the back to help fasten the unit however you want.Overall, if you're like me and prefer to keep your toys clean and unscratched, the Garmin Carry Case is for you.
